Since its inauguration in 1952, the Pierre Dufour company has always sought customer satisfaction both in terms of its realizations and its services.

For this reason, we have undertaken, over many years, a continuous improvement control in application of Iso standard 9002 of the AFAQ in 1996 and then by certification Iso 9001 -version 2000- in 2001. These quality controls guarantee the effectiveness of services to our customers and future customers and enable us to define clear and precise objectives while keeping to current precision machining standards.

We have also opted in favour of a policy of investment : 15% of our turnover is used to regularly renew our means of production. We have for example acquired multi-axis precision machining lathes for the manufacture of finished parts enabling us to shorten production time and improve levels of service..

Logistics We have an automatic stock-room for better management and conservation of finished products. We always work in close cooperation with our customers on the definition of new products, since the beginning of the project, to propose solutions, optimising production and reducing costs and the risk of non-conformity.

The company state of mind This finds expression in our capacity to maintain and develop our adaptation to customer demand in all areas, in production studies or whatever concerns the pollution level of the parts produced, and so on.
