Production
Our enterprise regularly invests in order to have the latest means of production whose objective is to produce finished parts in one operation.
We have more than 30 numerically controlled machines with 3 to 11 axes, directed by qualified technicians. Thanks to these machine-tools, we obtain numerical precision machining enabling us to meet our customers' needs.
- In bar turning, we produce a diametrical range of 2 to 60 mm from the original bars.
- Our precision machining department from blocks enables us to obtain up to 160 mm of diameter. In the case of obligatory remakes or prismatic parts, we make available several centres of precision machining some of which are grouped in robotized cells.
- For finishing operations, we are integrated into automatic lapping to obtain tolerances under 2 microns.
- A cleaning team for recent parts and care given throughout the processes enable us to meet growing demands in the field of the cleanliness of products delivered.
Testing facilities
- Out testing-metrology laboratory has the necessary infrastructure, from a simple measuring rod to the Round-test machine for form defects, enabling us to validate manufacturing operations, to supervise SPC terminals and to realize El files.
- A software for measuring operations, audited annually by the bar turning technical centre enables us to guarantee the completion of operations.
